Dreams come in all sizes. We have loans to match, from $2,600 to $250,000.

Opportunity Fund is here to help you get ahead in life. We specialize in providing business loans—from small amounts like a few thousand dollars to a hundred thousand dollars—to small business owners who might not qualify for loans from banks or other lending institutions.

Opportunity Fund believes in fast, easy, and affordable capital. We try to make it as easy as possible to qualify, require a minimum of number of forms, and give you an answer fast. You’ll get the money very quickly, in as little as 5 days or less. Our loans are straightforward, too. The interest rates are low, the repayment time is comfortable for your cash-flow, and the terms are easy to understand. We never carry any hidden fees or penalties.

To get started, or for more information about how you can receive one of our small business loans, call us at 866-299-8173, or email us at loans@opportunityfund.org

Opportunity Fund is a U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institution and an SBA (Small Business Administration) approved lender. Our lending program is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Loans will be made or arranged pursuant to Department of Corporations California Finance Lenders License #6050609.

The following business types are ineligible for Opportunity Fund loans: gas stations, bars or clubs, liquor stores, entertainment, real estate investment, export and finance/lending. Terms subject to change.

Borrower Bill of Rights & Transparency Statement

The Small Business Borrowers’ Bill of Rights (BBoR) is the first-ever consensus on responsible small business lending practices. The six rights are:

  1. The Right to Transparent Pricing and Terms, including a right to see an annualized interest rate and all fees
  2. The Right to Non-Abusive Products, so that borrowers don’t get trapped in a vicious cycle of expensive re-borrowing
  3. The Right to Responsible Underwriting, so that borrowers are not placed in loans they are unable to repay
  4. The Right to Fair Treatment from Brokers, so that borrowers are not steered into the most expensive loans
  5. The Right to Inclusive Credit Access, without discrimination
  6. The Right to Fair Collection Practices, to prevent harassment and unfair treatment
